The breakfast was fantastic, and the gentleman cooking had a wonderful customer service personality. The decorations are very lovely and modern. The room was cozy and the temperature was perfect. They have a snack and food area to purchase items, which is nice because there are not many convenience locations close by to do so. This is in walking distance to the Target Center, so it is a great location to stay at to go to shows.

We never ended up making it in time for hotel breakfast, but the location being downtown is very nice and easy to get to the concert venue I was attending downtown. Our room was very cozy and it was nice that parking was close.

It was a comfortable place to stay. Beds were good. The rooms were a little tight, nice bathrooms. Average breakfast. Hotel is downtown, not a great view from our room as we were right next to a tall building. We slept great and it was quiet!

Hello. This is one of the most excellent hotels my husband and I have stayed in. The hotel staff is friendly. The room was clean and warm. Breakfast with good choice. You can pass the time playing billiards or in the gym. We really liked the location of the hotel! If we are in Miniapolis, we will definitely stay at this hotel! Sincerely, Lana and Paul Pausig.

The location is amazing. The city is easily walkable and there are plenty of parking options around.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of “breakfast” should get a raise! She went out of her way to be sure that everything was perfect and all of us were satisfied with our choices. I wanted to hug her!! We used the shuttle to get us where we wanted to go throughout our stay. The van drivers were exceptional and knowledgeable as to where we needed to go and where we needed to be when we needed to be picked up. Thank you to all your staff!!
